As part of MedData Services’ customer assistance program, we provide an initial comprehensive training session at no additional charge. Our training staff will schedule a time to help you setup your system and begin using the online program, which usually takes less than an hour and can be done from anywhere – all you need is a phone and computer. 

In addition to the one-on-one training session, we provide an online tutorial and interactive manual to guide you through the process and answer common questions.

MedData Services also offers a customer support line Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm CST: 1-888-246-1085. A skilled expert is available to assist in any matter relating to the website, software, user account, facility account, or any other questions.
If after-hours, there is a customer assistance link on the MedData website to submit a question or request service; all inquiries will be answered the next business day.
